If your investment is currently managed by another agency and you would like to change over to Wilson Real Estate Property Management, all you are required to do is contact one of our Property Managers so that we can take care of the details.  Our team will arrange the transfer of management, we will provide you with a transfer of management letter and management authority.  Once signed by you we will notify your current agent and arrange a time to visit their office to collect your property files and keys.  There is no need for you to contact your current agent or communicate with them in any way.
